Yogi fusion bellydance
This is a beginner friendly class! No dance experience necessary. In fusion style, we remix and transform traditional elements of bellydance in new and interesting ways. We start class with a combination of yoga, active flexibility, and pilates to warm up and condition the body for dance. Then we drill basic bellydance movements that link together into a sequence. For a fun fusion twist, we will explore combining yoga asanas with bellydance!
